REGISTRATION!
We have formed teams and are now registering players and sizing uniforms. If you have been contacted please come to a Registration event to fill out League & IYSA paper forms and select a uniform size. We ask also that you complete Player Registration & Acceptance online.
Player Registration & Uniform Sizing Events:
- At the Dundee Township Park District Rec Center 655 Barrington Rd (Rte 72), Carpentersville.
- Saturday, June 21, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Registration & Acceptance Process:

- Complete the PLAYER REGISTRATION & ACCEPTANCE online.
- NOTE: If you did not complete TRYOUT REGISTRATION Online, proceed to the bottom of this page.
- Fill out an IWSL Player Registration for an all Girls team. This can be printed from this website.
- Fill out an NISL Player Registration for a Boys or Co-Ed team. This can be printed from this website.
- Fill out an IYSA Medical Release. This can be printed from this website.
- Make a copy of your family's medical insurance card.
- Make a copy of your player's birth certificate (if new to Dundee United).
- Bring all your completed forms to a Player Registration Event and select a Uniform size.

Fees for the 2008-09 Season

Fees for High School players playing only the Spring or Fall season are $500. Fees for High School players participating in a full soccer year are $700.
Tryout Registration Process:
- You must complete TRYOUT REGISTRATION before you can be placed on a team.
- Once you have been placed on a team, you will be notified to complete the Registration & Acceptance Process.
