Parent Contract
Please print, read and sign Dundee United FC’s Parent Contract (PDF), have your player also read and sign it, and return it to your team’s coach. The contract documents your commitment to abide by Dundee United FC’s standards in the areas of:
- Practice Attendance and Game Time
- Required Equipment
- Expected Parent Behavior
- Required Player Behavior
- Discipline Policy
- Medical Conditions
Much of the basis of Dundee United FC's Parent Contract can be found in the Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL) Code of Conduct (PDF), which we also direct players and parents to abide by.
